Neerbee is a local civic infrastructure activatable on a daily basis as well as in exceptional situations. Local Resilience Mode allows coordinating mutual aid during local events requiring rapid mobilization.
Community activation
Local Resilience Mode can be activated by the community, a local referent or in partnership with a city hall or association. Defined geographic area, limited duration (e.g.: 72h, 7 days).
Agile local coordination
Specific Vibees for material aid, temporary housing, cleanup, transport, local skills. Temporary "Mobilized" badge for active participants.
Territorial partnerships
Neerbee offers subscriptions for local authorities (city halls, communities of communes) and associations, providing access to Local Resilience Mode and local coordination tools.
Neerbee is not a disaster app, but a trusted local coordination infrastructure, activatable on a daily basis as well as in exceptional situations. Daily life remains the majority (mutual aid, services, Vibees), resilience becomes a mode or enhanced usage, not the core.
